Roam Accommodation was set up by Lisa and Ali in 2022 to provide short-term serviced accommodation. Whether it’s for a few days or a few months, we would love to have you stay with us!

Our aim is to provide quality accommodation, with a personal service, and a home from home feel – the kinds of places we would want to stay in ourselves. Where you have the privacy of your own place to stay, and all of the creature comforts of home, along with someone you can call if you need something during your stay. 

Roam Accommodation came about because Lisa noticed that her lettings agency was getting more and more requests from people looking for somewhere short-term (not something the agency could help with as a tenancy has to be a minimum of six months). While Ali travels a lot, has relocated multiple times, and has often struggled to find suitable places to stay, always preferring a home rather than a hotel where possible. So we decided to help with both of those issues and set up our short-term accommodation business.

As well as Roam Accommodation which we run together, we also have separate property and business interests. Lisa has years of experience in property lettings and currently manages a portfolio of 300 rental properties. Ali has a holiday let business in Spain, plus a fashion consultancy business which led to a love of colour and design which she brings into our properties. We both own buy-to-let investment properties in London and Essex, and are also members of a network of property professionals across with country with decades of experience – if we don’t know the answer to a property problem, we probably know someone who will!

We are both landlords ourselves and understand the impact of all the changes over the last few years. We can provide a hassle-free management service, or guaranteed rent for peace of mind, for example.
